Thunderstruck

Wearing: Leotard: Asos, Skirt: Forever New, Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell Coltrane, Bag: Steve Madden, Belt: Mossman, Necklace: Ebay, Bowler Hat: Sportsgirl, Neon yellow woven chain bracelet: Ebay

On one of those sticky humid days, nothing feels better than a flowy pleated skirt. Mixing neon accents with black gives me a unique look with a grungy feel. I accessorised this outfit playing with gold and neon without overdoing it. I love the look of this gold plated belt from Mossman however it's not the most practical belt in terms of holding my skirt up. I scored this gorgeous sheer pleated midi from forever new on sale for $20 however the catch was it's 2 sizes too big so i won't be pairing it with this belt again. I can't resist buying things on sale regardless of if it fits me or not, if it's small i'll tell myself this will motivate me to lose weight, if it's big i'll tell myself all it needs is a belt- does anyone else have this weakness or is it just me?

Orange Glaze

Wearing; Zara tee, Bardot skirt, Sportsgirl faux fur, Tony Bianco flatforms, Wasteland felt hat, Supre belt, Collective jewellery from ebay and bondi markets.

Who says you can't crank out a little faux fur in the middle of autumn? Sydney weather has been beautiful the past week so bringing out the faux fur coat now may be a little silly, but with this little statement piece, I can start on the winter trends early. I'm more ecstatic than usual that winter is around the corner, i'm excited to bring out my leather, faux fur, baroque, monochrome as well as my capes/coats which have been collecting dust in my wardrobe. Anyone else excited for winter as much as I am?

P.S I've put some clothes up for sale on my facebook page. Please check them out, I'm happy to do postage (flat rate $7 for 500g parcel). Message me if interested in anything, check it out HERE!

Shakuhachi

Dress: Shakuhachi, Blazer: Wish, Bag: Marcs, Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell Coltrane, Socks: Rubi shoes, Arm candy: ebay and bondi markets

Shakuhachi went from a brand I was never able to pronounce to one of my all time favourite designers. I managed to score this dress for half the retail price at their sample sale and I couldn't be more pleased. The intricate mesh detailing on the chest as well as the flattering and comfortable fit definitely makes this dress a winner. Paired with my currently favourite bag and blazer, off to uni I go! Off course I didn't want to include my heinous laptop case in these photos, if anyone can recommend were I can get an affordable, cute, preferably a neutral colour (black would be ideal) laptop case for my macbook then please let me know, i'm officially on the hunt!
